Boomtown Reno is located about eight miles west of downtown Reno and is a western-themed casino. It appeals to a wide variety of customers, locals, truckers, road-trippers, young and old, because of its friendly laid-back ambiance where the prices are quite reasonable. The big complex of Boomtown Reno include a chevron gas station and mini-mart, a truck stop, 203 space RV Park, family fun center, convention center, restaurants, and a hotel.

The Boomtown Reno Hotel has three-hundred-eighteen rooms and suites plus an indoor swimming pool. The pleasant rooms of the hotel come equipped with television, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and an assortment of tea. Suite-type rooms have additional amenities such as in-room safe, wet bars, and fridge, depending on the type of suite. A shuttle service to the downtown area is also provided.

Boomtown Reno Hotel rates start with a king bed standard, with rates from $59.95 on week nights for an interior room with indoor poll and a view. Rooms having exterior views are $10 per night more, while weekend rates start at $69.95. RV Park is also available situated next to the hotel and casino with rates starting at $27.15. Rates are of course subject to change, and ski and golf packages are also on-hand.

The Boomtown Reno Casino features western-themed bars, loud slots, and low black ceiling which give a touch of action and excitement. The casino has over one-thousand-three-hundred machines, all having the latest and most popular themed video and reel slots such as Wheel of Fortune, the Price is Right, American Bandstand, Enchanted Unicorn, and many others. Boomtown Reno Casino also has thirty table games, five-table poker room, and a small race and sports book. For guests with children, the Family Fun Center features two-hundred games that kids can enjoy.

The dining choices at Boomtown Reno Casino includes: The Silver Screen Buffet, which features over two hundred items to choose form including grilled entrees and international cuisine; Cassidy’s, which is a leading restaurant with extensive wine list; The Bean Counter, if looking for a small coffee bar and deli; Sundance Cantina, a 24-hour coffee shop; and Drovers Inn Restaurant for both buffet and diner menu full of hearty home-style choices.

Boomtown Reno nightly entertainment is available in the Cabaret, with shows from 7pm till 12 a.m. Tuesday through Sunday. The huge fun center includes antique carousel, 3D motion theater, miniature golf, rodeo ride, and covered wagon themed Ferris wheel. Boomtown Reno also has a separate trucker’s complex with a mini-mart, self-service fuel islands, video lounge with giant screen TV, laundry facilities, slots and poker machines, CAT scales, ATM machines, permits, and the Drovers Inn Restaurant.
